If you are still within the returns period and would like to return the contracts, you would need to contact us via Live Chat or direct message us through our social media platforms so that a member of the team can assist you further with the return process.

 

However, if you have reached the end of your minimum contract term and simply wish to disconnect the account, you can submit your cancellation notice directly through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

  • Log into the iD Mobile app
  • Go to “My Account”
  • Select “Thinking of Leaving”
  • Choose “Cancel my plan”
  • Follow the on-screen steps to submit your notice
