I have two ID mobile contracts. My phone one which I am using here, and a second one. I no longer use the second one as I lost the device, nor do I have my phone number for it - nor can I find any of my information. I need help to cancel it, as it doesn’t appear to be linked to this one at all and so I cannot cancel it from my usual ID log in. Please can someone help me? I tried the live chat and it was disconnected.
