Hi I am changing plans in your network with new phone number, but I need to stop the renewal of my contract for phone number + { REMOVED }

To stop your iD Mobile contract renewal, you can cancel through the iD Mobile app, their website, or by calling customer service. You will need to give at least 30 days' notice before your contract ends. 
Methods on how to cancel:-
 
Via the iD Mobile app or website 
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the 'My Account' or 'Plan' section.
  3. Tap on 'Manage my plan' or a similar option like 'Thinking of leaving?'.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to 'End my plan' or 'Cancel my iD plan'. 
Via phone
  • Call iD Mobile on 0333 003 7777 from a landline or 7777 from your iD phone

Type ‘talk to a person’ when you open the dialogue box to bypass the chatbot.
