cancelling an ID sim when no longer have the Sim

I wish to cancel the payments for a sim I no longer have. I do not want to cancel my direct debit as I have multiple ID sims and do not know which on is which.

I cannot find any contact numbers.

does anyone have an isea

what to do,

    Hi ​@florencepark ,

     

    You don’t need to cancel your Direct Debit if you have multiple iD SIMs on it. Payments can only be stopped by cancelling the specific SIM/account, not the Direct Debit itself.

    To do this, you’ll need to contact iD Mobile so they can identify which SIM you no longer have and close that account correctly. The quickest options are:

    -Liive Chat via the iD Mobile website (type “agent” if the chatbot appears)

    -Customer Services: 0333 003 7777 (from another phone if needed)

    Once the correct SIM is cancelled, billing for that line will stop automatically, while your other SIMs remain active.
