Question

Cant upgrade in fist 6 months of rolling monthly contract

I switched to id on a monthly rolling contract so I can upgrade my phone whenever I want  however ID'S monthly contract locks you in for first 6 months it does not mention this anywhere at point of sale is this actually the way they operate? I can't get anything of any sense when calling them.

    Hi there ​@TM1, I can confirm you can’t change plan/upgrade on a 1-month rolling SIM until you’ve been with us for at least 6-months.
