Please look at the 2 images below CLOSELY. One is a screenshot of the instructions to change the direct debit date on the app. It is very easy to follow, and you can see there are 4 options in the image.
The 2nd image is a screenshot of the actual page in the app. You can see that it's the same page but there are only 3 options, with the "Change Payment Option" missing.
Please help me to change the payment date. If I am unable to, I'll have to move to a company that will let me.
