I’m trying to change my plan as my contract has ended but it won’t let me it says oops there is a problem

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble changing your plan, that’s understandably frustrating, especially now your contract has ended.

 

That “oops there is a problem” message can sometimes appear due to a temporary issue with the online account or the way the plan change is being processed.

 

The quickest way to get this sorted is to speak with our Sales team via Live Chat, as they can review your account and complete the plan change for you directly if needed: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, they’ll be able to assist you with your upgrade request.
