I want change my phone colour which I order

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

 

I understand that you would like to change the colour of the phone you have ordered. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend the handset colour as the order is processed immediately with the selected specification.

 

If your order has not yet been dispatched, there may be a possibility to cancel it so you can place a new order in your preferred colour. If it has already been sent, you would need to wait for delivery and then follow the returns process (if eligible) to reorder the correct colour.

 

Please send us private message so that we can check the status of your order so that we can advise you the next step.
