change plan or phone

I click the change my plan button on the app but it says that there isn’t any plans I can change too..

I need to change it to a cheaper plan due to financial reasons or i won’t be able to afford it..

 

or I’ll have to try and get a cheaper phone

I’m really sorry to hear you’re going through this. I completely understand how important it is to reduce your monthly costs, and I’m really sorry you’re feeling under pressure with it.
 

If the app is showing that there are no plans available to change to, this usually happens for one of the following reasons:
• Your current plan may already be on a minimum or restricted tariff
• You may be outside the “change plan” window for your contract
• There may not be any eligible lower-cost plans available for your specific account at the moment
 

Please don’t worry, you still have options:

• You can contact our team and we may be able to check if any lower-cost plans or special offers can be applied to help reduce your monthly bill
• You can also check if you’re eligible for an early upgrade, which sometimes allows access to different (including cheaper) tariffs
• If needed, you can also reduce costs by reviewing add-ons or removing any extras you don’t need
 

We really don’t want you to feel forced into cancelling or switching away, so we’d definitely recommend speaking to us so we can look at the best possible option for your situation.
