Hi, my contract is coming to an end and I have found a preferable sim only plan via unidays.

How am I able to move to this plan whilst keeping my phone number?

Thank you for reaching out, and I'd be happy to clarify this for you.

If you'd like to move to a SIM-only plan while keeping your existing iD Mobile number, you'll need to arrange this as an upgrade on your existing account, rather than taking out a separate new contract.

As you've found a SIM-only offer through UNiDAYS, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team so they can check your account, confirm your eligibility and advise whether the offer or a suitable SIM-only option is available to you.

If you're not yet eligible for a SIM-only upgrade, the Sales Team will also be able to confirm when you'll be able to make the change.
