If you've purchased a new iD Mobile plan, what happens to your old plan depends on how the new one was ordered.
- If you've completed an upgrade, your old plan will automatically end when the new plan starts.
- If you've taken out a new connection, your existing plan will remain active until it's cancelled or your number is transferred away.
