I have just purchased a new plan with I D Mobile will my old plan stop at the time My new plan starts?

Thanks for getting in touch.

If you've purchased a new iD Mobile plan, what happens to your old plan depends on how the new one was ordered.

If you've completed an upgrade, your old plan will automatically end when the new plan starts.
If you've taken out a new connection, your existing plan will remain active until it's cancelled or your number is transferred away.
