My contact with ID has ended. I’ve ordered a Sim only plan but not done this through the app. I ordered online. What do I need to do so I can keep my current number

Your contract ends when you port to another network or give iD Mobile a 30-day termination notice. Once the minimum term is over your contract continues on a monthly rolling basis.

@Amanda26  Hello this is a common mistake if you've not done a upgrade be it via téléphone, app or online.

Unless you've actually done an upgrade and not just ordered a new plan  upgrades you retain your number, ordering a new plan you don't.

To keep you number you have to port it onto another network do this on a PAYGO sim. Once you have your number ported onto the new network you can then port it back onto IDMobile onto your new plane number..

As IDMobile currently doe's not port IDMobile to IDMobile  I'm afraid.

Many thanks for the info. I think I’ll just cancel the new plan under the 14 day cancellation policy and then upgrade on the app. It was my own error tbh. I’ll know for next time
