My contact with ID has ended.Your contract ends when you port to another network or give iD Mobile a 30-day termination notice. Once the minimum term is over your contract continues on a monthly rolling basis.

@Amanda26 Hello this is a common mistake if you've not done a upgrade be it via téléphone, app or online.Unless you've actually done an upgrade and not just ordered a new plan upgrades you retain your number, ordering a new plan you don't.To keep you number you have to port it onto another network do this on a PAYGO sim. Once you have your number ported onto the new network you can then port it back onto IDMobile onto your new plane number..As IDMobile currently doe's not port IDMobile to IDMobile I'm afraid.Joe
