changing my plan

So frustrated with id mobile my plan is coming to an end if I don't change it they will continue to charge me the same price even though I've paid for the phone now.ive tried to change my plan but can only upgrade it not down grade it.ive been a customer for 2 years and if I try to take out a sim only deal I get refused only option left is to leave,so annoying terrible customer service

Give the sales team a call at 020 7139 1397. They’re open from 9 am to 6 pm and can switch you to a SIM-only plan of your choice.

Thank you for getting in touch, that does sound really frustrating you’d expect things to get easier after finishing your phone payments I am so sorry to hear this.
