I want to change to a sim only but I have seen a better price for an Id mobile sim only on uswitch and can’t find this deal on your website and was wondering how I would go about getting this and keeping me number

Please note that if you take out a new SIM only deal through uSwitch, this would be treated as a new iD Mobile account rather than an upgrade on your existing account. Unfortunately, iD Mobile systems do not support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile accounts, which means you would not be able to keep your existing number on the new uSwitch deal.

 

If you would like to keep your current number, you would need to upgrade your existing account instead. Our Sales Team can review the options currently available to you and discuss any suitable SIM only upgrade deals.
