Complaint

i have been trying to address an issue with an upgrade with ID Mobile for weeks. I contact the live chat numerous times, which is pointless, extremely unhelpful and given all different information. Finally I logged a complaint with customer service where I received a message confirming they would resolve the issue within 7 working days, which it all states in there complaints procedure.

this time has passed and I still have no been contacted, the overall service is extremely poor!!

If you read my comment you would know that contacting your live chat is pointless and very unhelpful! They don’t know what they are doing!
