Complaint
i have been trying to address an issue with an upgrade with ID Mobile for weeks. I contact the live chat numerous times, which is pointless, extremely unhelpful and given all different information. Finally I logged a complaint with customer service where I received a message confirming they would resolve the issue within 7 working days, which it all states in there complaints procedure.
this time has passed and I still have no been contacted, the overall service is extremely poor!!
