Complaint! I want refund
I want a reply to my email overcharged on my bill. It’s only my second bill and you’ve increased it. This is not what my package was and I have sent all documents to documents@idmobile.co.uk
please confirm refund I’m not waiting 5 days you’ve taken money without authorisation
I don’t want credit on my account either I want a refund and my account set properly with right amount
