contract ending in 21 days

Hello my 24month contract ends on 24/0426. On my upgrades offers there is no option to transfer to a 1 month rolling sim only deal. I want to do this while I sort out a new phone and stay with I’d.

    Hi @Eddien,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you’re looking to move to a 1-month rolling SIM-only plan, this isn’t always available through the upgrade options shown in your account. To explore this further and see what options are available to you, please contact our Sales Team directly on 0800 049 0250.

They’ll be able to review your account and help you switch to a suitable plan while you arrange your new phone.

If you need anything else, please let us know.

Hello I am in a similar situation but would like a PAC number to move to a different provider. Should I give a notice? My contract food finishing on 10/11. Thank you

    Hi @Elicasi86,

If you'd like to keep your number and move to a different provider, you'll need to request a PAC code.

You can do this in one of the following ways:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app and go to Plan > Leave iD > Switch to another network.
    • Text PAC followed by your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 65075.

You don't need to give separate notice if you're using a PAC code, as the transfer will automatically close your iD Mobile account once your number moves to the new provider.

As your contract ends on 10/11/2026, we'd recommend giving your PAC code to your new provider by 09/11/2026 if you'd like the transfer to complete and your iD Mobile plan to end on 10/11/2026, helping to avoid being billed beyond your minimum term.

    Regards,

Thank you for your response. My contract started on 09/11/2024 for 24 months finishing on 09/11/2026. If I request a pac now not expense will be involved right? Thank you

    Thank you for your post.

Yes, if you disconnect your account before your contract expiry date you will be held liable for the remaining line rental.
