Hey there ​@Stuart Edwards, you need to go onto the iD Mobile app/website and go to the “Upgrades” or “Plan change” tabs once you’re eligible to upgrade or change plan. Or, call our sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
