can I pay my phone bill off for my phone and continue with a contract or will i have to leave and then come back for a sim only contract? if i can do this how do you do this?

Thank you for reaching out to us, you are unable to pay off the contract and then switch to a sim only deal.
You are only able to do so if you are eligible for an upgrade to a sim only deal which is in the last 24 days of the contract.

sorry, just to clarify. i can’t change the contract but i can leave and go somewhere else and pay it off?

You can switch to a different provider however, if you are within the minimum contract term length you will be charged a termination fee which would be due 14 days after the plan is disconnected.
The termination fee would be the amount of days left until the contract expiry date.
