When is my contract up as I would like to consider switching to sim only

You can move to a SIM-only plan with iD Mobile, but this is only available within the final 24 days of your contract end date (and once your account is eligible for upgrade).

 

📅 When can you switch?

  • SIM-only upgrades become available 24 days before your contract ends
  • You’ll be able to see SIM-only options in the app once you’re within this window
  • If you’re not yet in that period, the options won’t appear just yet

 

📱 What you should do next

To check your exact contract end date and discuss switching to SIM-only:

  • Contact our Sales team via Live Chat, or
  • Call 0800 049 0250

They can:

  • Confirm your contract end date
  • Show available SIM-only deals
  • Help you switch when you become eligible
