Contract upgraded but did not receive the new phone

Dear Sir or Madam,

On 13 April 2026, I upgraded my contract. I received confirmation of a new 24-month agreement (please find it attached).

However, despite initiating the upfront payment for the Samsung S26 handset (£29.00), the funds have not been taken from my account and the phone has not been delivered.

Could you please confirm whether my contract is active, advise how I can complete the payment for the handset, and let me know when the phone is expected to be dispatched?
