credit check for an upgrade ??

Hi I today upgraded my SIM deal to a phone is there any more credit checks as my account still says upgrade nothing has changed thanks

iD Mobile conducts its own internal checks and manually approves upgrade orders. This process can take up to 24 hours.

@Michael Z yes they asked me to call I will not be doing that as I cannot take phone calls my anxiety is crazy is there any way we can talk on live chat to resolve this issue thanks
