Do iD Mobile credit check on upgrades?

    Hi ​@mobilemandan,

     

    Thanks for the question. 

     

    I can confirm that we would not perform a credit check on upgrades, we only check the following:

     

    • If the direct debit is active, as this is required.
    • There needs to be 3 consecutive direct debits. 
    • Your address needs to match what is on Experian
    • Your full name needs to match what is on Experian. 

     

    If you have these, you’re good to go!
