At the end of January, I upgraded my two ID Mobile accounts/numbers (via Mobiles.co.uk) and received 2 Currys gift cards as part of the promotion. I went to use these today and neither are working. I’ve checked through my emails and there was nothing for me to action in order to make these useable.
I have contacted ID Mobile customer services, who said I should contact Currys. I have contacted Currys who said I should contact Mobiles.co.uk. Mobiles.co.uk have said they will "look into it", but they only took details for one of the two orders, despite both being affected. When I asked how they would keep me updated, I was told that I would need to check back myself. This does not give me confidence that the issue will be resolved, and it leaves me unsure whether both gift cards are being investigated.
I would appreciate it if ID Mobile could take some responsibility for this and assist in ensuring this matter is properly addressed - especially considering this appears to be a recurrent issue. Not to mention that both ID Mobile and Mobiles.co.uk are all within the Currys Group.
