HI, I still haven't had my £50 Currys voucher and it has been over 52 days now. Can someone please let me know what is going on?

We’re sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had regarding your Currys voucher.

Gift cards (like Currys or Amazon vouchers) can take up to 120 days (4 months) to arrive via email. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders.

If you bought your plan through a third party (like MoneySavingExpert or USwitch), iD Mobile does not send the voucher. You need to contact the affiliate directly.

I was told In a previous community message it would be 45 days? So what is the correct timescale?

I got the phone direct from ID.
