Currys voucher included with upgrade

When I upgraded it stated that a £50 Currys voucher was included in the deal but it is not listed on my upgrade order confirmation. When I chatted to an advisor they were not able to tell me whether I would be sent a Currys voucher as they could only see the order confirmation and they said I needed a screenshot as proof which I don't have as I assumed the voucher would be included in the order.

 

Is this normal? Will there be any record of the Currys voucher anywhere? How can I find out whether I will receive it as otherwise I want to cancel the upgrade?

    Thank you for your response. Your live chat agent wasn't able to help as they said they needed a screenshot of the offer as proof and they couldn't do anything without that. I will try calling your sales team.

    I got this offer as well and there has been no sign of the Currys voucher at all. Quite disappointed.
