I have activated my eSIM and changed my monthly plan. Now my data is not working… I am wondering why this is, I only want to use my eSIM for travel and my regular SIM for everyday use

Hi there @Callum BarhamUnfortunately, you will have to choose which one stays active. Since you have already activated the e-sim, that one should stay. As both won’t be able to work at the same time.You will have to remove the normal physical idmobile sim card in order for the e-sim to work.Thank you.
