Does ID mobile use the date format of the USA instead of Uk? I ask this as on my plan it says upgrade date the 12/11/2025 ans then says I have not been with ID mobile long enough to upgrade. ThNks i  advance for any replies

    ​@matthewsmith4703  Why would they use the US format? To answer your question no they don't.

    How long have you had your current account running for? 

    If you're on a 24 months contract let's say you'll get a notification about your upgrade a few months before your initial to it and about 30 day's before your contract ended you'll be eligible to upgrade. 

    You call always call sale's
