delay on order

I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy 26 ultra, seen there is a deal for a tablet but it expires on the 7/7, my order says it's now delayed and I need the IMEI number to claim the tablet, so my question is where do I stand as that's the only reason I upgraded now rather than waiting

    We're sorry to hear that your order has been delayed.

     

    Unfortunately, you'll need to wait until you've received the device before you'll have access to the IMEI number, as it isn't available before the phone has been dispatched and delivered.

     

    We understand your concern, especially as you upgraded to take advantage of the promotional offer. Once your device arrives, we'd recommend submitting your claim as soon as possible. If the delay means you're unable to claim within the promotional window, we'd recommend contacting the promotion administrator directly to explain the situation and see if they can assist.
