delete account

Hi. I have been paying a contract at £8 for a year but have never used this. I think a sim card was sent to my old address so I never got it. When I moved to my current address at the end of November 2025 I ordered a new sim on a monthly rolling plan which I then ended earlier this year and ported my number to a new I'd contract with a new phone. So I have been paying 2 contracts for the same phone number. Im not sure if I can claim back the £8 that has been paid every month but would like it cancelled immediately please?
