Please try doing a network reset on the handset this will then reset the network settings only.

Thank you for your response.

I have tried that already, I've even hard reset my whole phone. It's something that needs fixing within my handset maybe? How do I go about getting it fixed. Or can I have early upgrade please? I am not due for another 6 months tho

Thanks for the update.

As you've already tried extensive troubleshooting, including a full factory reset, it does sound like the issue may be related to the handset itself rather than the network or SIM.

In this situation, we'd recommend contacting the device manufacturer directly or visiting an authorised repair centre. If the device is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, they may be able to inspect, repair or replace it for you.

Unfortunately, we don't offer early upgrades, so you would need to wait until you become eligible in around 6 months' time before upgrading through iD Mobile.
