Did not recive full data GB when I upgraded my plan

I upgraded my data plan from 4GB to 150GB but only received 120GB. I talked to a live agent who confirmed I only received 120GB and my 30GB will follow shortly. I still haven’t received it yet.

Probably because of pro-rata billing.
