Does anyone have a clue why im being charged too much

Hello,

Any clue why I am being charged the price of my previous plan when I cancelled it in time and switched plans.

being charged £43 when it should be £8

    Hi ​@Designer1 ,

     

    Did you change your plan before or after your bill was generated?

    If the plan was changed after the bill was generated, you will still be charged the previous bill amount, as the bill would have already been produced. Any additional charges or adjustments will then be reflected on your next bill.
