Have just done upgrade to sim only. Does this automatically cancel previous contract

Yes, if you have upgraded your existing iD Mobile contract to a SIM Only plan through the upgrade process, your previous contract will automatically end and be replaced by the new SIM Only agreement.

 

There is no need to submit a cancellation request, and you will keep your existing mobile number. You will also continue using the same SIM unless advised otherwise.

 

Your new SIM Only plan details should be visible within the iD Mobile app and your online account once the upgrade has been processed.
