Due for an upgrade but there's a better deal still with ID mobile.

Im due an upgrade but I've seen a deal on mobiles.co.uk for a galaxy z fold 8 and a galaxy watch as a new contract with cheaper upfront payment and monthly cost and it's still with id mobile. Would they be able to match it or would it be better letting my contract end and going for the deal

It's worth contacting our Sales team to see what upgrade options are available to you, as they may be able to offer a deal that better suits your needs.

However, if you take out a brand new iD Mobile contract through mobiles.co.uk or another retailer, it will usually come with a new number. iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile plans, so you wouldn't be able to move your existing iD Mobile number onto the new iD Mobile contract.
