EARLY UPGRADE

I’m really sorry for any disappointment, but iD Mobile doesn’t currently offer early upgrades. You would only become eligible to upgrade to a new handset within the final 2 months of your current plan.

If you’re instead looking to move onto a new SIM-only plan, this can be arranged from 21 days before your plan is due to end.

Hi my 24 month contract ends 29th of June 

Does that mean I can get a upgrade  29th of April which is next month??????

Yes, if you’re looking to upgrade to a handset, you’ll be able to do so on that date. However, if you’re planning to move to a SIM-only plan, you’ll need to wait until 21 days before your contract end date to become eligible.
