End of contract

I am at the end of my contract and i do not want a new phone at the moment. I also do not want to change my number or continue to pay the price of a phone contract. I have tried repeatedly to figure out how to change to sim only as you do not automatically reduce the monthly chanrge when the contract ends. How do i do this or do i just need to cancel my contract?

You don't need to cancel your contract if you'd like to keep your number and move onto a SIM Only plan.

 

You can change to a SIM Only upgrade by following these steps:

  1. From your dashboard, scroll down and tap "View all upgrade deals".
  2. On the next page, select "SIM only deals".
  3. Scroll down and tap "Choose this plan" next to the SIM Only plan you'd like.
  4. Tap "Continue" and follow the steps to complete the order. A card verification will be required.
  5. Once completed, tap "Place order".
  6. You'll receive an order reference number confirming the upgrade.

I personally found it easier to call sale's and let sale's do this for you. Just look at the many different sim only plan's and pick one that fits your needs. There are 1 month, 12 months and 24 month plan's with different data allowances etc.

You can contact our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250, and they will be able to offer you SIM-only deals since you do not wish to take out a new phone.
