Hi, my contract has come to an end and I would like to change to a pay monthly sim only plan.

Probably best speaking with the iD Mobile sales team on 020 7139 1397.

The advisers are available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday.

If your contract has come to an end or close to the end date you should be able to upgrade, it to the sim only deal you would like which displays 24 days before the plan expires in the selfcare app or My account section on the website.
