Error upgrading to new sim only contract

I am trying to upgrade my sim only contract.(the contract has expired, so is now a rolling 1 month) to a new 12 month sim only contract.

My previous contact has expired, so I am on a rolling 1 month notice now - plus I have been emailed several times and shown many banners in the app encouraging me to do this, so I know I am eligible.

But whenever I click to see all sim only upgrade offers, I get an error.  This happens in the idmobile app and several browsers on my phone and laptop.

What can I do to resolve this - I can't find any way to contact idmobile to discuss.

You can contact an advisor via Live Chat to discuss this (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

As you've already tried using both the iD Mobile app and multiple browsers on different devices, we'd recommend getting in touch with our Sales team via Live Chat. They'll be able to look into why the upgrade journey is failing and help you complete your SIM-only upgrade.
