I am trying to upgrade my sim only contract.(the contract has expired, so is now a rolling 1 month) to a new 12 month sim only contract.
My previous contact has expired, so I am on a rolling 1 month notice now - plus I have been emailed several times and shown many banners in the app encouraging me to do this, so I know I am eligible.
But whenever I click to see all sim only upgrade offers, I get an error. This happens in the idmobile app and several browsers on my phone and laptop.
What can I do to resolve this - I can't find any way to contact idmobile to discuss.
