Exclusive app upgrade sales team said contact customer aervixe

I have processed an upgrade which was offered through the app to me (see photo attached). My current data allowance isn't enough. However the sales team said I they cant upgrade me and to contact customer services who would be able to honour the upgrade deal.

What we can assist with is arranging a return of the current upgrade, after which you would be able to place a new upgrade order based on the available options in your account, including one that better suits your data needs.
