Extra £250 trade in not received

At the end of September I traded in my old phone as there was an offer of an extra £250 when getting a pixel 10.

I followed all the instructions, entering the trade in order number on the dedicated form for the extra 250

First problem was the return package didn't arrive.  I contacted support and eventually a package arrived. I returned my old phone and maybe a couple of weeks later I got the standard trade in price paid.

I was already aware the extra 250 was a separate payment. However is still hasn't been paid. Despite several emails, I'm getting nowhere.

Shortly I will be passing this to the Communications Ombudsman as making any progress to resolve the issue has been like banging my head against a brick wall
