Finding out what Upgrade Deals

I’m really sorry for the confusion. I can appreciate why you’d want to plan ahead, especially with your upgrade date only a few days away.

At the moment, we’re not able to see or guarantee the exact upgrade deals that will be available on the day your eligibility starts (in your case, the 18th). The upgrade offers can change regularly based on stock, promotions, and your account eligibility at the time.
 

What this means for you:
• You’ll only be able to view the live upgrade deals once you become eligible in the iD Mobile app or My Account
• The deals shown are tailored to your account at that exact time
• Availability (phones, pricing, and promotions) can change right up to and after your upgrade date

What you can do now:
• Keep an eye on the “Upgrades” section in your iD Mobile account
• Make a note of any devices you’re interested in so you can check them as soon as your eligibility opens

I know it would be helpful to see them in advance, but unfortunately they can only be confirmed once your upgrade window officially opens.
