Found a better Id mobile offer to the one i have been offered to upgrade with

Found this ID mobile deal on another website and it’s better than the upgrade deal offered, can this be matched by yourselves to save time messing around with PAC codes etc

Your best option is to contact the Live Chat via this link (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) to discuss this as they may be able to match the offer.

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
 

You can also contact iD Mobile by sending a private message via their Socials (Facebook, X or Instagram)

If they can not match the offer then you may have to move over to another network e.g. SMARTY (as they also use the THREE network and have comparable plans), using a PAC code, and onto one of their monthly plans and then move back, using the offer you have found, after the initial month. Unfortunately you can not move to another plan within iD Mobile using a PAC code.

I totally understand wanting to get the best deal available, however, it’s really important to be clear on how this works with iD Mobile:

 

If you go ahead and take out that deal you’ve seen elsewhere, it would be treated as a brand new plan with a new number. iD Mobile does not support internal transfers between iD accounts, so you wouldn’t be able to move your existing number onto that new deal using a PAC.

 

Just to be very clear on this point, an iD Mobile PAC code will not work on another iD Mobile account, so using one wouldn’t allow you to keep your number in this situation.

 

Because of that, the best option to keep your current number and avoid any disruption is to upgrade your existing plan.

 

I’d recommend heading over to the Live Sales Chat on the iD Mobile website. The Sales Team can take a look at what you’ve seen and check the latest upgrade offers available to you, they may have options that aren’t immediately visible online.
