Free Samsung Galaxy watch offer s25

Just upgraded my phone on the ID app on Friday to S25 fe, free Samsung galaxy watch was supposed to be included. Have looked on the Web and cannot find any claim site offers relating to ID only EE. Have I been duped here?

Hi I have also purchased a S25 but have no proof of purchasing the phone which samsung requires. I only have proof of my contract. Can you please help. Thanks

Hi yes but never got one. Just the one confirming the 29.99 a month contract. Even checked my spam etc.

I've been trying to sort out something similar since May when I purchased a brand new contract. Offer was for free watch and airbuds alongside Samsung S25 Ultra. Was told items would arrive separately. Phone arrived - loads of hassles going live but eventually sorted. No sign of freebies. Chased numerous times since May and told they'd been sent. Put in complaint and now told offer never existed, or I have to prove it did. Do I now have an expensive contract (because I'd calculated the cost including freebies). Have I been duped? Do I have any other way to resolve?
