getting my mum back to her old mobile number

I'm speaking on behalf of my mum, me and my brother were able to transfer back to our old mobile numbers however when we have tried to do it for our mum all the dates are invalid/greyed out. The PAC runs out tomorrow so she'll be stuck with a new number which she doesn't want, so what do we do to get her new number gone and her old number back?
