Gift card not working

I have a £25 gift card received as part of entering into my contract, but which does not work.

I have tried contacting both currys and mobiles.co.uk to no avail.

Some immediate assistance would be appreciated, seeing as this is clearly a known issue.

Hi - this is disappointing - it has been over a week since a resolution was promised.

 

Was it ever pursued or has this been completely disregarded?
