Google Pixel 10 Pro Upgrade missing the £100 currys Gift Card

I just upgraded to the Google Pixel 10 pro and I noticed that the £100 Currys gift card wasn't on the order despite it being a qualified purchase.

Here are the terms of the Gift Card:

As far as I know, it won’t show on the order itself, but all orders are being logged by the relevant team to send the Gift Card 30-60 days after 03/09/2025.

Here’s the Trade-In form:

      I was just looking for this answer too. Can I check do I have to complete the trade in form to get the£100 gift card? 

      I purchased the pixel 10 pro with the promo.

      No, the trade-in form is only if you traded in an old device. Thanks.

        I got mine a couple of weeks ago. The email looked like spam but wasn't. Search your email for gift card or Currys

        I’ve still not got it. I have been onto iD Mobile support, who told me to email Giftcloud, who then told me they have no record of a gift voucher associated with my email address. Really tedious.

        Can any one offer advice on this still please. Mine hasn't arrived I spoke to live chat and they said I am down for one and yo email gift cloud which I did and they have no record of my email address
