Google Pixel 11 Pro XL - Trade-in Form doesn't work

How has anyone else got around this? 

I renewed my contract for a Pixel 11 Pro XL. The promotion was for £300 on top of the trade-in price quoted. Anyway, I am ready to send the phone in and it says you need to use a specific form or you get the standard value. All good so far but when you click on the form in the email (I also used the link from the screenshot I took of the offer at the time) it asks you to select the promotion and they all relate to Samsung phones.

So how am I meant to do the claim if I can't select the correct option? Is it a scam?

 

The only options are 3 Samsung offers for £100.

    If the promotion was for a Google Pixel 11 Pro XL and the claim form is only showing Samsung promotions, we'd recommend contacting Currys, as our trade-in service is provided by our sister company.

    • The correct promotion linked to your order.
    • Why the Pixel offer isn't appearing on the form.
    • Whether the trade-in bonus has been correctly registered.
