google pixel promotion expired

I've recently upgraded to the Google pixel 11pro, which came with a pixel bundle including a case and charger. When I went to claim it said I needed to wait 14days before I could claim. I've now gone to claim and it says it's expired and only shows the ear pods as a promotion. What do I do now as I went for this deal as it had the promotional bundle that best suited me .
