I have seen a better deal with yourselves. How do I cancel this plan and change to the other deal?

If you've seen a better deal with iD Mobile, we'd recommend speaking with our Sales team before cancelling anything.

 

If you take out a new plan instead of upgrading your existing one, it would normally come with a new mobile number and your current plan would remain active until it is cancelled. As iD Mobile does not support internal number transfers, you generally wouldn't be able to move your existing iD Mobile number onto the new iD Mobile plan.

 

For this reason, it's worth checking whether the deal can be applied as an upgrade or whether there are similar offers available on your current account.
